Douglas J Beck

President/CEO

I am an Entrepreneur focused on Real Estate Investing & other related real estate businesses since 2014. Previously worked in Corporate IT & Procurement from 2007 to 2015 and then made the leap into full-time entrepreneurship back in 2015, after having built a successful real estate investment business on a part-time basis while working in Big Pharma.

My passion is leading and empowering others to become the best version of themselves. I'm proud to have helped literally thousands of real estate investors over the years through direct mentorship, public speaking at events, and becoming an influence in the marketplace through social media and email marketing. I am a big proponent of process excellence (Lean Six Sigma) and believe in utilizing the proper systems & technology whenever possible to automate, propel growth, and streamline the operations of our business.

Over the years, I've come to realize how various experiences I've had, from working in corporate for 8+ years and then resigning from a 6-figure-a-year position to & grow multiple real estate businesses, have taught me so much about life, business, and more.

Richard Loniewski

Chief Operating Officer

Rich is the COO of Douglas J Development. It is his job to make sure all projects are running on time and on budget and handles all issues that arise and to resolves them in a timely manner. Rich has over 20 years experience owning successful businesses outside the real estate world and can really run a tight ship.
Rich has spent the last several years working for JDL Ventures before getting involved in Douglas J Development. He started out in acquisitions, acquiring new properties for JDL Ventures to wholesale, he runs the real estate mentorship program for Flip More Deals and has been involved in all aspects of real estate transactions.
In addition to that he is also a New Jersey realtor with Investors First Realty with several listings under his belt.
There is nothing more satisfying to him then successfully completing a project, "I get the job done!"

Philip Doyle

Chief Development Officer

Phil Doyle is an experienced real estate and construction professional with a demonstrated history of overseeing the purchase of existing or undeveloped residential, commercial or industrial real estate, making improvements to any buildings on it or constructing new buildings, and selling or leasing the improved land or buildings for profit.

By working in the industry for over twenty years, Phil has intimate knowledge of every step in the process of real estate development, which includes buying land, negotiating with zoning officials for the purpose of being granted permits, and managing the labor that builds a commercial or residential project, all while overseeing the budget and sales teams.

In his capacity of Chief Development Officer, Phil offers his unparalleled experience to provide enormous value by heading the development department and advising clients through the entire construction process to secure a successful project closeout.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys to spend time with his three children and his wife, he also loves traveling the outdoors and golf.
